Hope Kitchen does not accept returns or offer refunds for food products, nor do we offer exchanges of food products for different food products.
In the event you have received a food product that you believe is defective or damaged while shipping please reach out to us at hello@hopekitchenfood.com. We may ask you to submit proof/description of a quality defect or damage. In such cases our customer support team may be able to work with you to provide a replacement or offer a credit on a future purchase.
